Question 1

What do side 2021 NISSAN MURANO models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 60 recorded sales of the 2021 NISSAN MURANO with side damage, the median was $4,200, from $3,200 to $7,600. That is 9% below the $4,600 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,600 a good price for this 2021 NISSAN MURANO?

Accepted Answer

579 comparable 2021 NISSAN MURANO listings sold at auction for a median of $4,600, spanning $3,250 to $8,000. At $3,600 this one went 22% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this NISSAN MURANO sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2021 NISSAN MURANO's pre-damage retail value at $15,701. It sold for $3,600 — 77% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

What does a non-repairable mean for this NISSAN MURANO?

Accepted Answer

This 2021 NISSAN MURANO was sold on a non-repairable. That is the most restrictive category: in most US states the vehicle cannot be retitled for road use and is intended for parts or export only. Import rules vary by country, so check locally before bidding.

Question 5

How far is this NISSAN MURANO from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in CT - NEW BRITAIN. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 120 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

Is 135,441 miles high for a 2021 NISSAN MURANO?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2021 NISSAN MURANO listings at auction averaged 63,776 miles across 579 sales, so at 135,441 miles this one sits 112% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
