Question 1

What do rear 2017 NISSAN MURANO models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 21 recorded sales of the 2017 NISSAN MURANO with rear damage, the median was $3,963, from $3,025 to $5,025. That is 9% above the $3,650 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $4,500 a good price for this 2017 NISSAN MURANO?

Accepted Answer

555 comparable 2017 NISSAN MURANO listings sold at auction for a median of $3,650, spanning $3,050 to $5,600. At $4,500 this one went 23% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this NISSAN MURANO?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 NISSAN MURANO was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

How far is this NISSAN MURANO from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in GA - WINDER. The nearest major vehicle export port is Savannah, roughly 250 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $300-$450, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Is 92,090 miles high for a 2017 NISSAN MURANO?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 NISSAN MURANO listings at auction averaged 90,961 miles across 555 sales, so at 92,090 miles this one sits 1% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

What does "ENGINE STARTS" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENGINE STARTS is the auction's own condition note for this 2017 NISSAN MURANO. It is a short status flag applied by the auction, not the result of a mechanical inspection. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.
