Question 1

What do rear 2021 NISSAN MURANO models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 19 recorded sales of the 2021 NISSAN MURANO with rear damage, the median was $4,525, from $3,450 to $7,025. That is 1% below the $4,575 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,450 a good price for this 2021 NISSAN MURANO?

Accepted Answer

596 comparable 2021 NISSAN MURANO listings sold at auction for a median of $4,575, spanning $3,200 to $8,000. At $3,450 this one went 25% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this NISSAN MURANO?

Accepted Answer

This 2021 NISSAN MURANO was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2021 NISSAN MURANO. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

Is 80,740 miles high for a 2021 NISSAN MURANO?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2021 NISSAN MURANO listings at auction averaged 64,327 miles across 596 sales, so at 80,740 miles this one sits 26% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

How far is this NISSAN MURANO from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in OK - OKLAHOMA CITY. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 450 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $375-$550, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.
