Question 1

Was $16,350 a good price for this 2020 NISSAN MURANO?

Accepted Answer

885 comparable 2020 NISSAN MURANO listings sold at auction for a median of $4,250, spanning $3,200 to $6,700. At $16,350 this one went 285% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

This NISSAN MURANO sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

What does a clear mean for this NISSAN MURANO?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 NISSAN MURANO was sold on a clear. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 4

How far is this NISSAN MURANO from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in NY - YAPHANK. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 160 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Is 60,471 miles high for a 2020 NISSAN MURANO?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 NISSAN MURANO listings at auction averaged 71,402 miles across 885 sales, so at 60,471 miles this one sits 15% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2020 NISSAN MURANO from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2020 NISSAN MURANO was listed at IAAI as lot 42798243 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
