Question 1

Was $3,625 a good price for this 2018 NISSAN MURANO?

Accepted Answer

661 comparable 2018 NISSAN MURANO listings sold at auction for a median of $3,800, spanning $3,100 to $5,700. At $3,625 this one went 5% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

What does a clear mean for this NISSAN MURANO?

Accepted Answer

This 2018 NISSAN MURANO was sold on a clear. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 3

How far is this NISSAN MURANO from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in TX - JUSTIN. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

Is 87,028 miles high for a 2018 NISSAN MURANO?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 NISSAN MURANO listings at auction averaged 87,640 miles across 661 sales, so at 87,028 miles this one sits 1% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

Who sold this 2018 NISSAN MURANO?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was PROGRESSIVE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 6

Did this 2018 NISSAN MURANO come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with right rear damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
