Question 1

What do left front 2023 NISSAN ALTIMA models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 100 recorded sales of the 2023 NISSAN ALTIMA with left front damage, the median was $5,825, from $3,700 to $10,650. That is 5% below the $6,150 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,250 a good price for this 2023 NISSAN ALTIMA?

Accepted Answer

4718 comparable 2023 NISSAN ALTIMA listings sold at auction for a median of $6,150, spanning $3,850 to $10,000. At $3,250 this one went 47% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This NISSAN ALTIMA sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

How far is this NISSAN ALTIMA from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in PA - LATIMORE TOWNSHIP. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 150 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Is 61,157 miles high for a 2023 NISSAN ALTIMA?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2023 NISSAN ALTIMA listings at auction averaged 50,511 miles across 4718 sales, so at 61,157 miles this one sits 21% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

What does "NOT RUN" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

NOT RUN is the auction's own condition note for this 2023 NISSAN ALTIMA. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.
