Question 1

What do rear end 2019 NISSAN ALTIMA models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 650 recorded sales of the 2019 NISSAN ALTIMA with rear end damage, the median was $4,000, from $3,200 to $5,500. That is 1% above the $3,950 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $4,550 a good price for this 2019 NISSAN ALTIMA?

Accepted Answer

4501 comparable 2019 NISSAN ALTIMA listings sold at auction for a median of $3,950, spanning $3,150 to $5,500. At $4,550 this one went 15% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this NISSAN ALTIMA sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2019 NISSAN ALTIMA's pre-damage retail value at $15,554. It sold for $4,550 — 71% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

What does "ENHANCED" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED is the auction's own condition note for this 2019 NISSAN ALTIMA. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

This NISSAN ALTIMA has rear end and side damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

Is 85,799 miles high for a 2019 NISSAN ALTIMA?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2019 NISSAN ALTIMA listings at auction averaged 98,816 miles across 4501 sales, so at 85,799 miles this one sits 13% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
