Question 1

What do front end 2019 NISSAN ALTIMA models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 2109 recorded sales of the 2019 NISSAN ALTIMA with front end damage, the median was $3,850, from $3,150 to $5,200. That is 3% below the $3,950 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,100 a good price for this 2019 NISSAN ALTIMA?

Accepted Answer

4446 comparable 2019 NISSAN ALTIMA listings sold at auction for a median of $3,950, spanning $3,150 to $5,500. At $3,100 this one went 22% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this NISSAN ALTIMA?

Accepted Answer

This 2019 NISSAN ALTIMA was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

Is 78,360 miles high for a 2019 NISSAN ALTIMA?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2019 NISSAN ALTIMA listings at auction averaged 98,845 miles across 4446 sales, so at 78,360 miles this one sits 21% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2019 NISSAN ALTIMA. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

This NISSAN ALTIMA has front end and left & right side damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.
