Question 1

What do front end 2022 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 1482 recorded sales of the 2022 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER with front end damage, the median was $6,200, from $3,750 to $9,100. That is 6% below the $6,600 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,400 a good price for this 2022 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER?

Accepted Answer

2958 comparable 2022 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER listings sold at auction for a median of $6,600, spanning $3,950 to $9,800. At $3,400 this one went 48% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

What does a salvage mean for this MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER?

Accepted Answer

This 2022 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 5

Is 33,005 miles high for a 2022 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2022 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER listings at auction averaged 65,723 miles across 2958 sales, so at 33,005 miles this one sits 50% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

How far is this MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in CA - ANAHEIM. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.
