Question 1

What do front end 2024 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 1240 recorded sales of the 2024 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER with front end damage, the median was $8,100, from $4,250 to $12,750. That is 6% below the $8,600 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $9,950 a good price for this 2024 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER?

Accepted Answer

2389 comparable 2024 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER listings sold at auction for a median of $8,600, spanning $4,450 to $13,800. At $9,950 this one went 16% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

What does a clear mean for this MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER?

Accepted Answer

This 2024 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER was sold on a clear. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 5

How far is this MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in TX - JUSTIN. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

What does "ENGINE STARTS" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENGINE STARTS is the auction's own condition note for this 2024 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER. It is a short status flag applied by the auction, not the result of a mechanical inspection. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.
