Question 1

What do front end 2022 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 1470 recorded sales of the 2022 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER with front end damage, the median was $6,200, from $3,750 to $9,100. That is 6% below the $6,600 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $5,500 a good price for this 2022 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER?

Accepted Answer

2933 comparable 2022 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER listings sold at auction for a median of $6,600, spanning $3,950 to $9,800. At $5,500 this one went 17% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2022 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER's pre-damage retail value at $22,875. It sold for $5,500 — 76% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

How far is this MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in NC - CONCORD. The nearest major vehicle export port is Charleston, roughly 280 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$325, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What does a clean title mean for this MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER?

Accepted Answer

This 2022 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 6

Is 112,158 miles high for a 2022 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2022 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER listings at auction averaged 65,576 miles across 2933 sales, so at 112,158 miles this one sits 71% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
