Question 1

What do front end 2024 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 1249 recorded sales of the 2024 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER with front end damage, the median was $8,100, from $4,250 to $12,800. That is 6% below the $8,600 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $9,100 a good price for this 2024 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER?

Accepted Answer

2413 comparable 2024 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER listings sold at auction for a median of $8,600, spanning $4,400 to $13,800. At $9,100 this one went 6% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How far is this MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in CT - EAST WINDSOR. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 120 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

Is 17,386 miles high for a 2024 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2024 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER listings at auction averaged 28,469 miles across 2413 sales, so at 17,386 miles this one sits 39% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2024 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

This MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER has front end and left & right side damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.
