Question 1

What do hail 2016 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 13 recorded sales of the 2016 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER with hail damage, the median was $3,650, from $3,200 to $4,600. That is 6% above the $3,450 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

What does a sk-mechanical & structural inspections required-saskatchewan mean for this MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER?

Accepted Answer

This 2016 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER was sold on a sk-mechanical & structural inspections required-saskatchewan. The title type is the auction's own classification and determines what can legally be done with the vehicle afterwards.

Question 3

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2016 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 4

Is 99,706 miles high for a 2016 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER listings at auction averaged 103,531 miles across 241 sales, so at 99,706 miles this one sits 4% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

Did this 2016 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with hail damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
