Question 1

What do hail 2019 MITSUBISHI ECLIPSE CROSS models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 16 recorded sales of the 2019 MITSUBISHI ECLIPSE CROSS with hail damage, the median was $5,100, from $3,550 to $6,100. That is 40% above the $3,650 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $5,250 a good price for this 2019 MITSUBISHI ECLIPSE CROSS?

Accepted Answer

227 comparable 2019 MITSUBISHI ECLIPSE CROSS listings sold at auction for a median of $3,650, spanning $3,100 to $5,200. At $5,250 this one went 44% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this MITSUBISHI ECLIPSE CROSS?

Accepted Answer

This 2019 MITSUBISHI ECLIPSE CROSS was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2019 MITSUBISHI ECLIPSE CROSS. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

How far is this MITSUBISHI ECLIPSE CROSS from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in OH - LORAIN. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 430 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $375-$525, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

Is 52,670 miles high for a 2019 MITSUBISHI ECLIPSE CROSS?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2019 MITSUBISHI ECLIPSE CROSS listings at auction averaged 85,818 miles across 227 sales, so at 52,670 miles this one sits 39% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
