Question 1

Was $35,900 a good price for this 2026 MERCEDES-BENZ GLE?

Accepted Answer

136 comparable 2026 MERCEDES-BENZ GLE listings sold at auction for a median of $33,000, spanning $16,900 to $50,500. At $35,900 this one went 9% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

What does a clear mean for this MERCEDES-BENZ GLE?

Accepted Answer

This 2026 MERCEDES-BENZ GLE was sold on a clear. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 3

How far is this MERCEDES-BENZ GLE from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in CA - SOUTHWEST RANCH. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

Is 14,558 miles high for a 2026 MERCEDES-BENZ GLE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2026 MERCEDES-BENZ GLE listings at auction averaged 5,263 miles across 136 sales, so at 14,558 miles this one sits 177% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

This MERCEDES-BENZ GLE has rear and unknown damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

Did this 2026 MERCEDES-BENZ GLE come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with rear damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
