Question 1

What do front end 2018 MERCEDES-BENZ GLC models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 748 recorded sales of the 2018 MERCEDES-BENZ GLC with front end damage, the median was $7,400, from $4,150 to $11,100. That is 3% below the $7,625 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $10,200 a good price for this 2018 MERCEDES-BENZ GLC?

Accepted Answer

1472 comparable 2018 MERCEDES-BENZ GLC listings sold at auction for a median of $7,625, spanning $4,400 to $11,500. At $10,200 this one went 34% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This MERCEDES-BENZ GLC sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

What does "ENHANCED" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 MERCEDES-BENZ GLC. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

Is 97,121 miles high for a 2018 MERCEDES-BENZ GLC?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 MERCEDES-BENZ GLC listings at auction averaged 90,540 miles across 1472 sales, so at 97,121 miles this one sits 7% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

How far is this MERCEDES-BENZ GLC from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in GA - ELLENWOOD. The nearest major vehicle export port is Savannah, roughly 250 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $300-$450, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.
