Question 1

Was $11,200 a good price for this 2023 MERCEDES-BENZ GLC?

Accepted Answer

367 comparable 2023 MERCEDES-BENZ GLC listings sold at auction for a median of $20,000, spanning $9,300 to $28,250. At $11,200 this one went 44% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

This MERCEDES-BENZ GLC sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

What does a non-repairable mean for this MERCEDES-BENZ GLC?

Accepted Answer

This 2023 MERCEDES-BENZ GLC was sold on a non-repairable. That is the most restrictive category: in most US states the vehicle cannot be retitled for road use and is intended for parts or export only. Import rules vary by country, so check locally before bidding.

Question 4

What does "NOT RUN" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

NOT RUN is the auction's own condition note for this 2023 MERCEDES-BENZ GLC. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

This MERCEDES-BENZ GLC has interior burn and rear damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

Is 1 miles high for a 2023 MERCEDES-BENZ GLC?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2023 MERCEDES-BENZ GLC listings at auction averaged 27,855 miles across 367 sales, so at 1 miles this one sits 100% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
