Question 1

What do front & rear 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ E-KLASSE models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 19 recorded sales of the 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ E-KLASSE with front & rear damage, the median was $9,000, from $3,650 to $12,700. That is 26% below the $12,100 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $10,525 a good price for this 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ E-KLASSE?

Accepted Answer

590 comparable 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ E-KLASSE listings sold at auction for a median of $12,100, spanning $6,000 to $18,900. At $10,525 this one went 13% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this MERCEDES-BENZ E-KLASSE?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ E-KLASSE was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

This MERCEDES-BENZ E-KLASSE has front & rear and left side damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

How far is this MERCEDES-BENZ E-KLASSE from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in NY - MEDFORD. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 160 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

Is 40,414 miles high for a 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ E-KLASSE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ E-KLASSE listings at auction averaged 57,413 miles across 590 sales, so at 40,414 miles this one sits 30% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
