What do rear 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ E-KLASSE models sell for?

Across 17 recorded sales of the 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ E-KLASSE with rear damage, the median was $12,350, from $7,900 to $17,800. That is 3% above the $11,950 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Was $4,050 a good price for this 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ E-KLASSE?

601 comparable 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ E-KLASSE listings sold at auction for a median of $11,950, spanning $5,775 to $18,500. At $4,050 this one went 66% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

What does a salvage mean for this MERCEDES-BENZ E-KLASSE?

This 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ E-KLASSE was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

How far is this MERCEDES-BENZ E-KLASSE from an export port?

The lot sat at IAAI in CA - FONTANA. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Is 80,555 miles high for a 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ E-KLASSE?

Comparable 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ E-KLASSE listings at auction averaged 57,826 miles across 601 sales, so at 80,555 miles this one sits 39% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ E-KLASSE. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.
