Question 1

What do rear 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ E-KLASSE models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 16 recorded sales of the 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ E-KLASSE with rear damage, the median was $12,500, from $8,200 to $17,800. That is 4% above the $12,000 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $8,500 a good price for this 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ E-KLASSE?

Accepted Answer

602 comparable 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ E-KLASSE listings sold at auction for a median of $12,000, spanning $5,900 to $18,500. At $8,500 this one went 29% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a non-repairable mean for this MERCEDES-BENZ E-KLASSE?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ E-KLASSE was sold on a non-repairable. That is the most restrictive category: in most US states the vehicle cannot be retitled for road use and is intended for parts or export only. Import rules vary by country, so check locally before bidding.

Question 4

How far is this MERCEDES-BENZ E-KLASSE from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in FL - JUPITER. The nearest major vehicle export port is Jacksonville, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

This MERCEDES-BENZ E-KLASSE has rear and front end damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

Is 37,947 miles high for a 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ E-KLASSE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ E-KLASSE listings at auction averaged 57,800 miles across 602 sales, so at 37,947 miles this one sits 34% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
