Question 1

Was $15,500 a good price for this 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ C-KLASSE?

Accepted Answer

910 comparable 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ C-KLASSE listings sold at auction for a median of $8,800, spanning $4,650 to $14,100. At $15,500 this one went 76% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

How far is this MERCEDES-BENZ C-KLASSE from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in FL - WEST PALM BEACH. The nearest major vehicle export port is Jacksonville, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 3

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ C-KLASSE. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 4

This MERCEDES-BENZ C-KLASSE has vandalism and missing/altered vin damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

Did this 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ C-KLASSE come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with vandalism damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ C-KLASSE from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ C-KLASSE was listed at COPART as lot 53988476 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
