Question 1

What do water/flood 2025 MAZDA CX-90 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 15 recorded sales of the 2025 MAZDA CX-90 with water/flood damage, the median was $14,050, from $6,100 to $15,700. That is 15% above the $12,200 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $14,300 a good price for this 2025 MAZDA CX-90?

Accepted Answer

648 comparable 2025 MAZDA CX-90 listings sold at auction for a median of $12,200, spanning $5,600 to $19,300. At $14,300 this one went 17% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this MAZDA CX-90 sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2025 MAZDA CX-90's pre-damage retail value at $37,330. It sold for $14,300 — 62% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2025 MAZDA CX-90. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

This MAZDA CX-90 has water/flood and rear end damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

Is 4,912 miles high for a 2025 MAZDA CX-90?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2025 MAZDA CX-90 listings at auction averaged 14,274 miles across 648 sales, so at 4,912 miles this one sits 66% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
