Question 1

What do front end 2023 MAZDA CX-9 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 205 recorded sales of the 2023 MAZDA CX-9 with front end damage, the median was $7,175, from $3,800 to $11,300. That is 14% below the $8,300 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $6,900 a good price for this 2023 MAZDA CX-9?

Accepted Answer

413 comparable 2023 MAZDA CX-9 listings sold at auction for a median of $8,300, spanning $4,550 to $14,000. At $6,900 this one went 17% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage certificate-ca mean for this MAZDA CX-9?

Accepted Answer

This 2023 MAZDA CX-9 was sold on a salvage certificate-ca. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

How far is this MAZDA CX-9 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in CA - FRESNO. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Is 15,379 miles high for a 2023 MAZDA CX-9?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2023 MAZDA CX-9 listings at auction averaged 40,920 miles across 413 sales, so at 15,379 miles this one sits 62% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

This MAZDA CX-9 has front end and left front damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.
