Question 1

What do left side 2022 MAZDA CX-9 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 13 recorded sales of the 2022 MAZDA CX-9 with left side damage, the median was $5,500, from $4,200 to $6,900. That is 20% below the $6,900 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

This MAZDA CX-9 sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

Is 31,777 miles high for a 2022 MAZDA CX-9?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2022 MAZDA CX-9 listings at auction averaged 54,376 miles across 418 sales, so at 31,777 miles this one sits 42% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 4

Who sold this 2022 MAZDA CX-9?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was STATE FARM INSURANCE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN JM3TCBAY9N0617237?

Accepted Answer

JM3TCBAY9N0617237 identifies this specific 2022 MAZDA CX-9 in black with a 2.5l i-4 di, dohc, vvt, turbo, 227hp engine, all wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2022 MAZDA CX-9 from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2022 MAZDA CX-9 was listed at IAAI as lot 46287961 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
