Question 1

What do left side 2022 MAZDA CX-9 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 13 recorded sales of the 2022 MAZDA CX-9 with left side damage, the median was $5,500, from $4,200 to $6,900. That is 20% below the $6,900 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $5,200 a good price for this 2022 MAZDA CX-9?

Accepted Answer

427 comparable 2022 MAZDA CX-9 listings sold at auction for a median of $6,900, spanning $3,975 to $11,300. At $5,200 this one went 25% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this MAZDA CX-9?

Accepted Answer

This 2022 MAZDA CX-9 was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

This MAZDA CX-9 has left side and left side damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

How far is this MAZDA CX-9 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in SC - LEXINGTON. The nearest major vehicle export port is Charleston, roughly 130 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

Is 81,245 miles high for a 2022 MAZDA CX-9?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2022 MAZDA CX-9 listings at auction averaged 53,751 miles across 427 sales, so at 81,245 miles this one sits 51% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
