Question 1

Was $6,400 a good price for this 2020 MAZDA CX-9?

Accepted Answer

357 comparable 2020 MAZDA CX-9 listings sold at auction for a median of $5,500, spanning $3,500 to $8,600. At $6,400 this one went 16% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

How much below its undamaged value did this MAZDA CX-9 sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2020 MAZDA CX-9's pre-damage retail value at $25,456. It sold for $6,400 — 75% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 3

What does a non-repairable mean for this MAZDA CX-9?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 MAZDA CX-9 was sold on a non-repairable. That is the most restrictive category: in most US states the vehicle cannot be retitled for road use and is intended for parts or export only. Import rules vary by country, so check locally before bidding.

Question 4

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2020 MAZDA CX-9. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

Is 110,695 miles high for a 2020 MAZDA CX-9?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 MAZDA CX-9 listings at auction averaged 78,323 miles across 357 sales, so at 110,695 miles this one sits 41% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

Did this 2020 MAZDA CX-9 come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with burn damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
