Question 1

This MAZDA CX-9 sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 2

What does a clear mean for this MAZDA CX-9?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 MAZDA CX-9 was sold on a clear. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 3

How far is this MAZDA CX-9 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in NJ - TURNERSVILLE. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 30 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

Is 99,285 miles high for a 2017 MAZDA CX-9?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 MAZDA CX-9 listings at auction averaged 114,080 miles across 231 sales, so at 99,285 miles this one sits 13% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

Can I buy this 2017 MAZDA CX-9 from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2017 MAZDA CX-9 was listed at IAAI as lot 44380622 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.

Question 6

Accepted Answer
