Question 1

What do side 2021 MAZDA CX-9 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 80 recorded sales of the 2021 MAZDA CX-9 with side damage, the median was $7,050, from $3,800 to $10,500. That is 12% above the $6,300 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

How far is this MAZDA CX-9 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in OR - PORTLAND. The nearest major vehicle export port is Tacoma, roughly 180 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $225-$325, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 3

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2021 MAZDA CX-9. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 4

This MAZDA CX-9 has side and rear end damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

Is 58,952 miles high for a 2021 MAZDA CX-9?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2021 MAZDA CX-9 listings at auction averaged 66,219 miles across 677 sales, so at 58,952 miles this one sits 11% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

What can I find out from VIN JM3TCBDY2M0520004?

Accepted Answer
