Question 1

Was $4,050 a good price for this 2025 MAZDA CX-50?

Accepted Answer

1285 comparable 2025 MAZDA CX-50 listings sold at auction for a median of $9,600, spanning $5,200 to $15,800. At $4,050 this one went 58% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

What does a non-repairable mean for this MAZDA CX-50?

Accepted Answer

This 2025 MAZDA CX-50 was sold on a non-repairable. That is the most restrictive category: in most US states the vehicle cannot be retitled for road use and is intended for parts or export only. Import rules vary by country, so check locally before bidding.

Question 3

What does "NOT RUN" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

NOT RUN is the auction's own condition note for this 2025 MAZDA CX-50. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 4

Is 12,983 miles high for a 2025 MAZDA CX-50?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2025 MAZDA CX-50 listings at auction averaged 13,286 miles across 1285 sales, so at 12,983 miles this one sits 2% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

This MAZDA CX-50 has left & right side and suspension damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

Who sold this 2025 MAZDA CX-50?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was AVIS. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.
