Question 1

What do front end 2023 MAZDA CX-5 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 1195 recorded sales of the 2023 MAZDA CX-5 with front end damage, the median was $6,700, from $3,950 to $9,525. That is 7% below the $7,200 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $4,250 a good price for this 2023 MAZDA CX-5?

Accepted Answer

2321 comparable 2023 MAZDA CX-5 listings sold at auction for a median of $7,200, spanning $4,150 to $10,600. At $4,250 this one went 41% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this MAZDA CX-5 sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2023 MAZDA CX-5's pre-damage retail value at $27,891. It sold for $4,250 — 85% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

This MAZDA CX-5 has front end and side damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

What does "ENHANCED" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED is the auction's own condition note for this 2023 MAZDA CX-5. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Is 25,317 miles high for a 2023 MAZDA CX-5?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2023 MAZDA CX-5 listings at auction averaged 36,117 miles across 2321 sales, so at 25,317 miles this one sits 30% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
