Question 1

What do front end 2025 MAZDA CX-5 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 1105 recorded sales of the 2025 MAZDA CX-5 with front end damage, the median was $8,400, from $4,500 to $13,800. That is 5% below the $8,800 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $16,600 a good price for this 2025 MAZDA CX-5?

Accepted Answer

2123 comparable 2025 MAZDA CX-5 listings sold at auction for a median of $8,800, spanning $4,600 to $14,800. At $16,600 this one went 89% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a clear mean for this MAZDA CX-5?

Accepted Answer

This 2025 MAZDA CX-5 was sold on a clear. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 4

How far is this MAZDA CX-5 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in IL - SPRINGFIELD. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 700 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $450-$675, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Is 27,962 miles high for a 2025 MAZDA CX-5?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2025 MAZDA CX-5 listings at auction averaged 52,649 miles across 2123 sales, so at 27,962 miles this one sits 47% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

Who sold this 2025 MAZDA CX-5?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was AVIS. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.
