Question 1

What do unknown 2025 MAZDA CX-5 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 11 recorded sales of the 2025 MAZDA CX-5 with unknown damage, the median was $7,850, from $4,550 to $12,300. That is 11% below the $8,800 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $7,450 a good price for this 2025 MAZDA CX-5?

Accepted Answer

2123 comparable 2025 MAZDA CX-5 listings sold at auction for a median of $8,800, spanning $4,600 to $14,800. At $7,450 this one went 15% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This MAZDA CX-5 sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

How far is this MAZDA CX-5 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in TX - DALE. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Is 1 miles high for a 2025 MAZDA CX-5?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2025 MAZDA CX-5 listings at auction averaged 52,649 miles across 2123 sales, so at 1 miles this one sits 100% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

This MAZDA CX-5 has unknown and left front damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.
