Question 1

What do rear 2021 MAZDA 3 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 55 recorded sales of the 2021 MAZDA 3 with rear damage, the median was $5,150, from $3,450 to $6,600. That is 20% above the $4,300 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

This MAZDA 3 sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

Is 91,265 miles high for a 2021 MAZDA 3?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2021 MAZDA 3 listings at auction averaged 55,201 miles across 839 sales, so at 91,265 miles this one sits 65% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 4

Who sold this 2021 MAZDA 3?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was ERIE INSURANCE GROUP. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN 3MZBPBAY8MM250624?

Accepted Answer

3MZBPBAY8MM250624 identifies this specific 2021 MAZDA 3 with a 2.5l i-4 di, dohc, vvt, turbo, regular , 227hp engine, all wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2021 MAZDA 3 from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2021 MAZDA 3 was listed at IAAI as lot 46257351 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
