Question 1

What do front end 2016 LEXUS RX models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 941 recorded sales of the 2016 LEXUS RX with front end damage, the median was $10,600, from $6,200 to $14,600. That is 3% below the $10,900 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $15,450 a good price for this 2016 LEXUS RX?

Accepted Answer

1679 comparable 2016 LEXUS RX listings sold at auction for a median of $10,900, spanning $6,100 to $15,200. At $15,450 this one went 42% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2016 LEXUS RX. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 4

Is 124,555 miles high for a 2016 LEXUS RX?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 LEXUS RX listings at auction averaged 113,407 miles across 1679 sales, so at 124,555 miles this one sits 10% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

Where was this LEXUS RX located?

Accepted Answer

The lot was held at COPART in ON - BOWMANVILLE. Location sets the inland transport cost to a port or a repair shop, and state title rules differ, so two otherwise identical cars can be worth noticeably different amounts.

Question 6

Did this 2016 LEXUS RX come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with front end damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
