Question 1

What do left front 2022 LEXUS RX models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 38 recorded sales of the 2022 LEXUS RX with left front damage, the median was $17,000, from $10,800 to $20,850. That is 3% above the $16,500 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $14,800 a good price for this 2022 LEXUS RX?

Accepted Answer

1399 comparable 2022 LEXUS RX listings sold at auction for a median of $16,500, spanning $9,300 to $23,400. At $14,800 this one went 10% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This LEXUS RX sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

What does "NOT RUN" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

NOT RUN is the auction's own condition note for this 2022 LEXUS RX. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

Is 13,748 miles high for a 2022 LEXUS RX?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2022 LEXUS RX listings at auction averaged 44,521 miles across 1399 sales, so at 13,748 miles this one sits 69% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

This LEXUS RX has left front and suspension damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.
