Question 1

Was $22,800 a good price for this 2024 LEXUS NX?

Accepted Answer

764 comparable 2024 LEXUS NX listings sold at auction for a median of $17,300, spanning $8,100 to $25,000. At $22,800 this one went 32% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

This LEXUS NX sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this LEXUS NX sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2024 LEXUS NX's pre-damage retail value at $42,148. It sold for $22,800 — 46% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

What does a non-repairable mean for this LEXUS NX?

Accepted Answer

This 2024 LEXUS NX was sold on a non-repairable. That is the most restrictive category: in most US states the vehicle cannot be retitled for road use and is intended for parts or export only. Import rules vary by country, so check locally before bidding.

Question 5

How far is this LEXUS NX from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in MO - ROGERSVILLE. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 780 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $500-$750, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

Is 20,451 miles high for a 2024 LEXUS NX?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2024 LEXUS NX listings at auction averaged 23,479 miles across 764 sales, so at 20,451 miles this one sits 13% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
