Question 1

What does a salvage mean for this LEXUS NX?

Accepted Answer

This 2018 LEXUS NX was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 2

Is 68,979 miles high for a 2018 LEXUS NX?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 LEXUS NX listings at auction averaged 86,709 miles across 668 sales, so at 68,979 miles this one sits 20% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 3

Who sold this 2018 LEXUS NX?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was W INSURANCE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 4

Did this 2018 LEXUS NX come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with right rear damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN JTJYARBZ7J2112832?

Accepted Answer

JTJYARBZ7J2112832 identifies this specific 2018 LEXUS NX in red with a 2.0l i-4 di, dohc, vvt, turbo, premium , 235hp engine, front wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2018 LEXUS NX from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2018 LEXUS NX was listed at IAAI as lot 46202260 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
