Question 1

What does a salvage-british columbia mean for this LEXUS NX?

Accepted Answer

This 2018 LEXUS NX was sold on a salvage-british columbia. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 2

What does "NOT RUN" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

NOT RUN is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 LEXUS NX. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 3

This LEXUS NX has front and rear damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 4

Did this 2018 LEXUS NX come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with front damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN JTJBARBZ9J2159964?

Accepted Answer

JTJBARBZ9J2159964 identifies this specific 2018 LEXUS NX in grey with a 2.0l i-4 di, dohc, vvt, turbo, premium , 235hp engine, all wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2018 LEXUS NX from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2018 LEXUS NX was listed at IAAI as lot 40095657 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
