Question 1

What do front end 2018 LEXUS NX models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 362 recorded sales of the 2018 LEXUS NX with front end damage, the median was $7,700, from $4,700 to $11,050. That is 5% below the $8,100 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

What does "ENGINE STARTS" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENGINE STARTS is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 LEXUS NX. It is a short status flag applied by the auction, not the result of a mechanical inspection. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 3

Is 93,108 miles high for a 2018 LEXUS NX?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 LEXUS NX listings at auction averaged 87,513 miles across 698 sales, so at 93,108 miles this one sits 6% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 4

Did this 2018 LEXUS NX come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with front end damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 5

Who sold this 2018 LEXUS NX?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was AAA INSURANCE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.
