Question 1

What do front end 2016 LEXUS NX models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 567 recorded sales of the 2016 LEXUS NX with front end damage, the median was $6,300, from $4,050 to $9,100. That is 5% below the $6,600 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,550 a good price for this 2016 LEXUS NX?

Accepted Answer

1092 comparable 2016 LEXUS NX listings sold at auction for a median of $6,600, spanning $4,050 to $9,899. At $3,550 this one went 46% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This LEXUS NX sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

What does "ENHANCED" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED is the auction's own condition note for this 2016 LEXUS NX. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

What does a salvage title mean for this LEXUS NX?

Accepted Answer

This 2016 LEXUS NX was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 6

Is 88,400 miles high for a 2016 LEXUS NX?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 LEXUS NX listings at auction averaged 112,368 miles across 1092 sales, so at 88,400 miles this one sits 21% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
