Question 1

What do front end 2018 LEXUS LX models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 18 recorded sales of the 2018 LEXUS LX with front end damage, the median was $32,500, from $20,200 to $40,500. That is 16% below the $38,800 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $27,750 a good price for this 2018 LEXUS LX?

Accepted Answer

53 comparable 2018 LEXUS LX listings sold at auction for a median of $38,800, spanning $20,200 to $48,000. At $27,750 this one went 28% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this LEXUS LX?

Accepted Answer

This 2018 LEXUS LX was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

Is 94,696 miles high for a 2018 LEXUS LX?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 LEXUS LX listings at auction averaged 103,058 miles across 53 sales, so at 94,696 miles this one sits 8% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

How far is this LEXUS LX from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in CA - LOS ANGELES. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

What does "NOT RUN" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

NOT RUN is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 LEXUS LX. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.
