Question 1

What do front end 2017 LEXUS LS models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 37 recorded sales of the 2017 LEXUS LS with front end damage, the median was $6,200, from $3,250 to $12,700. That is 26% below the $8,363 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

What does a salvage title mean for this LEXUS LS?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 LEXUS LS was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 3

How far is this LEXUS LS from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in CA - WILMINGTON. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

Is 57,628 miles high for a 2017 LEXUS LS?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 LEXUS LS listings at auction averaged 82,523 miles across 83 sales, so at 57,628 miles this one sits 30% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

What does "ENHANCED" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED is the auction's own condition note for this 2017 LEXUS LS. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

What can I find out from VIN JTHBL5EF9H5145089?

Accepted Answer
