Question 1

What does a salvage title mean for this LEXUS LS?

Accepted Answer

This 2016 LEXUS LS was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 2

How far is this LEXUS LS from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in CT - NEW BRITAIN. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 120 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 3

What does "ENHANCED" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED is the auction's own condition note for this 2016 LEXUS LS. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 4

Is 92,792 miles high for a 2016 LEXUS LS?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 LEXUS LS listings at auction averaged 105,580 miles across 79 sales, so at 92,792 miles this one sits 12% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

Did this 2016 LEXUS LS come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with water/flood damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 6

What can I find out from VIN JTHBL5EF4G5139750?

Accepted Answer

JTHBL5EF4G5139750 identifies this specific 2016 LEXUS LS with a 4.6l 8 engine, rear wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.
