Question 1

What do front end 2018 LEXUS IS models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 235 recorded sales of the 2018 LEXUS IS with front end damage, the median was $6,500, from $3,900 to $9,150. That is 4% below the $6,800 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

What does a clean title mean for this LEXUS IS?

Accepted Answer

This 2018 LEXUS IS was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 3

How far is this LEXUS IS from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in FL - ORLANDO. The nearest major vehicle export port is Jacksonville, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

What does "ENHANCED" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 LEXUS IS. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

Is 145,349 miles high for a 2018 LEXUS IS?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 LEXUS IS listings at auction averaged 86,128 miles across 510 sales, so at 145,349 miles this one sits 69% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

Did this 2018 LEXUS IS come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with front end damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
