Question 1

What do left front 2023 LEXUS GX models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 12 recorded sales of the 2023 LEXUS GX with left front damage, the median was $21,200, from $16,400 to $27,250. That is 18% below the $25,775 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $27,250 a good price for this 2023 LEXUS GX?

Accepted Answer

343 comparable 2023 LEXUS GX listings sold at auction for a median of $25,775, spanning $11,300 to $35,250. At $27,250 this one went 6% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This LEXUS GX sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2023 LEXUS GX. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

What does a salvage mean for this LEXUS GX?

Accepted Answer

This 2023 LEXUS GX was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 6

Is 47,178 miles high for a 2023 LEXUS GX?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2023 LEXUS GX listings at auction averaged 29,905 miles across 343 sales, so at 47,178 miles this one sits 58% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
