Question 1

What do front end 2019 LEXUS GX models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 147 recorded sales of the 2019 LEXUS GX with front end damage, the median was $15,350, from $8,500 to $19,000. That is level with the $15,425 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $17,400 a good price for this 2019 LEXUS GX?

Accepted Answer

310 comparable 2019 LEXUS GX listings sold at auction for a median of $15,425, spanning $7,900 to $21,000. At $17,400 this one went 13% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this LEXUS GX?

Accepted Answer

This 2019 LEXUS GX was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

How far is this LEXUS GX from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in CA - FONTANA. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What does "ENGINE STARTS" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENGINE STARTS is the auction's own condition note for this 2019 LEXUS GX. It is a short status flag applied by the auction, not the result of a mechanical inspection. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Is 43,905 miles high for a 2019 LEXUS GX?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2019 LEXUS GX listings at auction averaged 83,230 miles across 310 sales, so at 43,905 miles this one sits 47% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
