Question 1

What do front end 2022 LEXUS GX models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 137 recorded sales of the 2022 LEXUS GX with front end damage, the median was $22,325, from $12,100 to $30,250. That is 5% below the $23,425 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $33,250 a good price for this 2022 LEXUS GX?

Accepted Answer

270 comparable 2022 LEXUS GX listings sold at auction for a median of $23,425, spanning $11,400 to $32,800. At $33,250 this one went 42% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this LEXUS GX sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2022 LEXUS GX's pre-damage retail value at $47,707. It sold for $33,250 — 30% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

What does a salvage title mean for this LEXUS GX?

Accepted Answer

This 2022 LEXUS GX was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 5

Is 39,701 miles high for a 2022 LEXUS GX?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2022 LEXUS GX listings at auction averaged 50,739 miles across 270 sales, so at 39,701 miles this one sits 22% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

How far is this LEXUS GX from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in CT - NEW BRITAIN. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 120 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.
