Question 1

What do front end 2018 LEXUS GX models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 166 recorded sales of the 2018 LEXUS GX with front end damage, the median was $12,700, from $7,900 to $17,400. That is 7% below the $13,600 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

This LEXUS GX sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

Is 1 miles high for a 2018 LEXUS GX?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 LEXUS GX listings at auction averaged 95,774 miles across 328 sales, so at 1 miles this one sits 100% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 4

Who sold this 2018 LEXUS GX?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was PROGRESSIVE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN JTJBM7FX9J5187878?

Accepted Answer

JTJBM7FX9J5187878 identifies this specific 2018 LEXUS GX in black with a 4.6l v-8 dohc, vvt, premium , 301hp engine, all wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2018 LEXUS GX from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2018 LEXUS GX was listed at IAAI as lot 46193724 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
