Question 1

What do front end 2017 LEXUS GX models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 198 recorded sales of the 2017 LEXUS GX with front end damage, the median was $12,500, from $7,500 to $16,300. That is 6% below the $13,300 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $9,875 a good price for this 2017 LEXUS GX?

Accepted Answer

385 comparable 2017 LEXUS GX listings sold at auction for a median of $13,300, spanning $7,300 to $17,850. At $9,875 this one went 26% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this LEXUS GX?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 LEXUS GX was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

Is 143,404 miles high for a 2017 LEXUS GX?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 LEXUS GX listings at auction averaged 113,418 miles across 385 sales, so at 143,404 miles this one sits 26% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

This LEXUS GX has front end and left front damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

How far is this LEXUS GX from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in AL - BESSEMER. The nearest major vehicle export port is New Orleans, roughly 350 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $300-$425, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.
