Question 1

What do front end 2017 LEXUS GS models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 74 recorded sales of the 2017 LEXUS GS with front end damage, the median was $7,600, from $4,000 to $13,100. That is 6% below the $8,100 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $9,375 a good price for this 2017 LEXUS GS?

Accepted Answer

151 comparable 2017 LEXUS GS listings sold at auction for a median of $8,100, spanning $4,150 to $13,550. At $9,375 this one went 16% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a rebuildable-fl mean for this LEXUS GS?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 LEXUS GS was sold on a rebuildable-fl. The title type is the auction's own classification and determines what can legally be done with the vehicle afterwards.

Question 4

How far is this LEXUS GS from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in FL - JACKSONVILLE. The nearest major vehicle export port is Jacksonville, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

This LEXUS GS has front end and left & right side damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2017 LEXUS GS. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.
